Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Nflfred Plumbing wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use nflfred.living. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a plumber, or email contact@nflfred.living and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@nflfred.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keeping at It
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
